Kanggo adonan, giling 3 uyah nganggo 0,5 cangkir gula, tambahkan mentega empuk, krim asem, uyah, soda lan 2 gelas tepung (adonan ora nemplek ing tangan sampeyan). Sisihake adonan (sampeyan bisa nyelehake ing kulkas) lan nyiyapake ngisi. Kupas apel lan potong irisan setengah bunder. Giling keju pondok kanthi 1/3 cangkir gula lan 1 kuning telur. Saiki kita adol adonan, gulung nganti kekandelan 1-2 cm (kaya sing sampeyan karepake), lebokake ing sheet, sumebar keju pondok ing ndhuwur, lebokake apel ing keju pondok lan taburi kayu manis. Lebokake oven ing geni sing rata suwene 30-40 menit. Sajrone wektu iki, ngalahake 4 bajing kanthi 2 gelas gula. Kita jajan sing meh rampung, isi nganggo meringue cambuk lan lebokake maneh ing oven nganti mateng.
